·       Support simple ad hoc data requests and operational analyses
·       Help maintain reporting continuity during leadership absences

What We're Looking For

·       Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
·       Experience working with Tableau dashboards
·       Basic SQL knowledge (ability to read or modify queries)

·       Ability to communicate data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Experience
·       Experience working in healthcare or Federally Qualified Health Centers
·       Familiarity with Epic reporting tools such as Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, or Clarity extracts
·       Experience supporting clinical quality or operational performance reporting

STCHC invests in long-term analytics talent development. High-performing candidates may be eligible for employer-sponsored Epic Reporting Certification (approximately a $20,000 investment), creating a pathway into advanced healthcare informatics and Epic reporting expertise.
