IT Support Technician
Job Summary:
As an IT Support Technician, you will provide technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, network issues, software updates, and end-user support for all IT services. The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot problems and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Perform software updates and PC imaging.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
- Troubleshoot issues with electronic health record systems.
- Utilize and maintain a ticketing system to track and document support calls.
- Offer end-user support for all IT services.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics.
- Tracking/detailing hardware inventory.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a technical support role.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems. (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to build rapport to effectively interact with end users.
- Professional demeanor.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
